FAQ

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking number which you can use to track the delivery status.

We gladly accept change-of-mind returns within 15 days, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (e.g., credit card refunds will be returned to the credit card, PayPal to PayPal, etc.). Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to change-of-mind returns.
